Starting his career in 2001, Daniel is an influential figure in South Sydney’s commercial and industrial property markets. After a successful start in residential real estate, he began his commercial real estate career at CBRE in 2005, and was the head of the Commercial Division in the South Sydney Office for nine years. In 2013, Daniel was approached by Knight Frank to run their South Sydney division and within 18 months, he had doubled the existing team’s size and revenue.
This track record and the achievements listed below brought Daniel to LJ Hooker Commercial as an equity partner, heading the network’s South Sydney office in 2015.
Specialising in leasing, investment sales and residential site sales, Daniel has completed scores of commercial deals and worked alongside all major institutional owners in South Sydney. A top performer over an extended period, Daniel’s contact base of developers, tenants and owners of property in the city fringe and South Sydney is without peer.
He has sold billions of dollars of commercial, industrial and retail property in his long career and won numerous internal company awards across multiple brands. In 2013 Daniel was named the ‘Commercial Salesperson of the Year’ at the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales’ annual awards. He was also a finalist in the same category in 2015.
